It reflects the context of nearby Shem Creek, drawing inspiration from the area's shrimping and fishing history and casual creek-side aesthetic. The project transformed a vacant lot into a contributing piece of the thriving community, providing much needed office space in a high demand area, and public parking for nearby restaurants.
