This project consists of the renovation/upgrade of an existing maintenance and administration facility for the Tri-County Rural Transportation Management Association. The facility serves as the maintenance hub for a fleet of over 50 public transit vehicles, and also houses the administrative offices for approximately 30 office employees. The project’s scope of work includes upgrades to building envelope and mechanical and electrical systems, as well as optimization and renovation of the administration spaces. A portion of the budget has also been dedicated to the improvement of the existing façade. The Tri-County LINK was recently named “Best Rural Public Transportation Provider” for 2010 by SCDOT.
