PALMETTO LINCOLN

On the site of the former Mama’s Used Cars, a name well-recognized in this area, the new 5,000-square-foot Palmetto Lincoln dealership is located along Savannah Highway in the heart of Auto Mile. In addition to following the nationwide prototype for Ford/Lincoln dealerships, SMHa’s design also had to meet the City of Charleston’s Design Review Board and Technical Review Committee requirements, including Stormwater and Traffic Management. Completed in 2020, careful consideration was given to the tight site and its grading in order to accommodate ease of vehicular and pedestrian movement along with placement of the building. The ultimate goal was to create an exceptional customer experience, providing comfort and luxury parallel to the vehicles sold here.
