SINGLETON BUILDING

The Singleton Building was the first building on Coastal Carolina’s campus and is an iconic entry point.

Completed in 2016, this 33,880-square-foot renovation included mechanical and electrical renovations, ADA compliance, asbestos removal, structural seismic improvements, interior refurbishment, complete upgrades to IT and other functional components, and meeting current code standards. It was designed to achieve LEED status.
