ARCHITECT I or UNLICENSED DESIGN STAFF I
 
Summary of Position
The Architect I / Unlicensed Design Staff I requires 1-5 years of experience in an architectural practice. This individual should enjoy solving a range of architectural design problems, including space planning, detailed design and contract documents, in a collaborative, diverse environment and be attune to the needs of clients and co-workers to help in reaching an ideal design and outcome.

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (visual, verbal, and written).

Project Responsibilities:
- Comprehend the contractual obligations to our clients.
- Actively participate in the design process from design through construction.
- Select appropriate building systems and interpret building codes for projects.
 
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or Professional Degree in Architecture
- Working knowledge of Revit and other related design software
 

ARCHITECT / PROJECT MANAGER III
 
Summary of Position
The Architect / Project Manager III requires 7-10 years of experience in an architectural practice. This individual must have demonstrated expertise in actively managing a team on multiple projects of varying size and will be responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of projects. An understanding of design considerations relevant to the Charleston, SC area is a plus.

Project Responsibilities:
- Comprehend the contractual obligations to our clients.
- Manage entire project teams, both internally and with consultants.
- Serve as the primary client liaison.
- Completing projects on schedule and within budget.
- Select appropriate building systems and interpret building codes for projects.
- Actively engaged in construction administration duties throughout the entire construction phase.
 
Qualifications:
- Professional Degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect in South Carolina
- Working knowledge of Revit and other related design software
