BASEBALL FACILITY RENOVATION

Completed in 2023,, renovations to the baseball field included the press box/concessions building, baseball field, and site. The project also included the addition of a new restroom building, batting cage, dugouts, and storage shed. 

 

Located on Whipple Road just off Mathis Ferry Road in Mount Pleasant, the arrangement of multiple buildings on this previously developed 6-acre site presented design challenges, yet were accomplished to provide better pedestrian and emergency vehicle access. Additionally, the existing building code was used to allow for reuse of the existing press box/concessions building.
