Serving as First Citizens’ flagship location, this 22,000-square-foot mixed-use retail and commercial building is known for its prominent location at Daniel Island’s most popular entrance/exit: the I-526 on/off ramp. Given its central location, much focus and care was given to every detail. Completed in 2002, the building consists of two masses joined by a bank drive through, which accommodates its prime commercial offices and allows for maximum flexibility of the retail banking space.
