Over the years, SMHa has completed numerous buildings at the upscale, mixed-use retail center Freshfields Village located just outside of Kiawah Island and Seabrook Island. The architectural expression takes cues from small town vernacular meant to evoke a sense of development over time while honoring the areas rural heritage.
