GWYNN'S EXPANSION

Completed in 2016, the 1,600-square-foot addition to this family-owned, upscale department store consists of two customer lounges, each featuring a tailor shop, dressing rooms, and wet bar. SMHa worked with the owner to transform the existing Gwynn’s to present an image reflective of their high-end designer merchandise. Looking to one of elegance, the design infilled the exterior loggia with a series of travertine clad cubes containing show windows.
