TIDES MEDICAL ARTS BUILDING

The 59,000-square-foot Tides Medical Arts Center is a state-of-the-art multi-tenant medical office building, providing care such as cardiology, urology, orthopedics, physical therapy, cancer treatment, gastroenterology, internal medicine, aesthetics, and various family care and ancillary services.

Completed in 2007, Tides Medical Arts Center is located on the Cooper River, with the building drawing its imagery from the industrial and rice mill buildings historically situated along the shoreline.

Although influenced by the simple brick detailing of these largely industrial facilities, modern elements and materials were incorporated to give the building a distinction reflective of today's architecture. The structure, elevated above its parking facility, utilizes brick veneer, zinc diamond wall panels, and a standing seam metal roof.
