Located on two pieces of property divided by a busy public road, the nationwide prototype for this Toyota dealership had to be adapted to accommodate not only the unique site but also meet the requirements of the City of Charleston Design Review Board.

Completed in 2012, careful consideration was made as how best to place the 23,000-square-foot Sales Center and 20,300-square-foot Service Center in order to enhance workflow, operational efficiency, and safety as well as overall customer experience, ease of use, and navigating the site.
